• DEBIT or CREDIT CARD: If you have donated with a Debit or Credit card, it will show on your banking or card statement. Your online giving will also be added to your year-end contribution statement with Agape Myanmar Mission.

• PAYPAL: If you have a PayPal account you will receive a confirmation email immediately after you complete your donation, it will show on your banking or card statement. Your online giving will also be added to your year-end contribution statement with Agape Myanmar Mission.

• CHECK: If you have donated via check, it will show on your banking statement. Your giving will also be added to your year-end contribution statement with Agape Myanmar Mission.

Q. Do I need a PayPal account to donate?

A. No -- You can use a Debit or Credit card, enter an amount and your payment information on PayPal’s secure website (a PayPal account is not needed to donate). 

A. Setting up a PayPal account is optional and free.

Q. Is there a benefit to using a PayPal account to donate?

A. Yes -- Setting up an account with PayPal makes it easy to donate.  Select an amount to donate one time, monthly or yearly, and instead of entering your payment information each time for a single donation, PayPal will securely auto fill payment information for you.  

A. Yes -- If you choose to donate an amount monthly or yearly, an automatic payment will take place to repeat monthly or yearly, and that can be changed or canceled any time prior to the next scheduled donation.

Q. Are there any fees or costs to give online?

A. No -- Not to you.  When you Donate to us, the full amount that you choose to give goes to Agape Myanmar Mission. There is a small fee to us for the processing of credit and debit cards that goes through PayPal.  

Q. May I donate cash?

A. Yes -- However, we do not recommend sending cash in the mail. Donating electronically via our Donate Button is preferred and secure. 

Q. Is my information safe?

A. Yes -- Our website and donating via PayPal are both secure and encrypted for security. 

A. Yes -- Look for the Padlock.  

• You should see an icon or image of a Padlock to the left of our website address in the address bar, and when you donate using PayPal. 

• The Padlock means the connection between your browser, our website, and PayPal is secure.  Touching that icon will reveal other security information. 

A. Yes -- PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). 

A. Yes -- This website is hosted by Google and is automatically encrypted with secure access using an enhanced version of http called https.  The s in https means the connection is secure and encrypted.
